Association Management Executive

John Aliberti joins TCG from his most recent role as Administrative Sales Coordinator for ScrubPocket, a provider of badges and informational products for the healthcare industry. In that role, as a CEO direct report, John demonstrated great adeptness in working constructively with customers and business partners. He became the “go-to” person for troubleshooting problems and delivering customer solutions.

Prior to ScrubPocket, John was an Association Administrator at Association Resources, and brings that Association Management experience to his new role with TCG. He is skilled at working closely with association clients, delivering financial reconciliations, and managing various membership, event, and donation activities. He has also developed expertise in managing client social media activities, including websites and newsletters. John’s breadth of experience includes 3 years with Liberty Bank.

John brings his excellent customer service and problem-solving approach to his client relationships.
